AFTER exists to solve a simple but overlooked problem: what happens when you can’t shower straight after training?
AFTER was founded by Gabbie, a toddler Mum, Physiotherapist, business owner and lifelong mover who knows firsthand what happens when training collides with real life.
Between early-morning workouts, full workdays and moving straight from training into meetings, parenting and daily responsibilities, Gabbie repeatedly ran into the same problem - no time to shower, but no desire to sit in sweat, smell bad or have gross skin. Existing options were either harsh on skin, overly fragranced, poorly designed or clearly not made for people who train often.
With a clinical background and years spent working with active people, Gabbie understood that skin, like the rest of the body, needs proper recovery support after exercise. AFTER was built to bridge that gap with products that are practical, skin-conscious and designed to be used immediately after sweating.
Performance doesn’t stop at the last rep. Recovery, hygiene and skin health are part of training.
