  • Domestic shipping can take up to 5-10 business days depending on the time of year.

    Foreign shipping could take up to 14 business days.

    Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual. Our warehouse team works around the clock to get orders packed and shipped within 1 business day at all times!

  • Of course you can! You can cancel anytime at by logging in to your customer portal and updating your subscription preferences. You can also pause and skip your subscription as many times as needed!

  • Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.

AFTER's Refund and Returns Policy

AFTER is designed for people who move every day - which means hygiene, safety, and product integrity matter to us. We keep our returns process simple, fair, and transparent. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we don’t accept returns on opened or used consumable items, including: Body wipes and Face wipes.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange either: a replacement or a full refund (including original shipping).

Apparel & Accessories

For non-consumable items such as socks and caps, we offer returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty

Once received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns
  • If your item is faulty, damaged, or sent incorrectly, we’ll refund shipping costs as well
